Mushrooms & Broccoli Sauce

Serves: 2(as Dinner)
Mushrooms, Sliced2 Cups
Broccoli, Cut into Small Florets1 tbsp
Garlic, Finely Chopped2 Cloves
Garlic Paste1 tbsp
Milk2 Cups
Cheese Spread½ Cup
Mustard, French Style½ tbsp
Brandy4 tbsp (optional)
Parsley, Finely Chopped1 tbsp
Dried Parsley1 tbsp
Olive Oil1 tbsp
Salt and PepperAs per taste
Pasta250g Conchiglie

Method

  • Heat Olive oil in the pan. Add the garlic/garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
  • Add the mushrooms and broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add the milk, cheese spread, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well. Bring to a boil, while stirring continuously.
  • Add the brandy and Parsley and mix well.
  • Add the pasta. Mix and serve.
