Hawaiian Pasta Salad

Serves: 4 (as Salad) or 2 (as Light Dinner)
Muskmelon¼ Cup
Pineapple Cubes¼ Cup
Red Bellpepper¼ Cup
Yellow Bellpepper¼ Cup
Pastallio Pasta100gms (Shell / Penne)
For Dressing
Mayonnaise¼ Cup
Pesto Sauce1 tbsp
Garlic Paste (Garlic, Grated)1 tbsp (1 Cloves)
Fresh Parsley1 tbsp
Salt and Black PepperAs per taste

Method

  • Dice cut all the vegetables and keep in fridge to cool.
  • Cook the Pastallio Pasta as per instruction. Add the pasta to the vegetables bowl in the fridge.
  • Mix together all the ingredients of the dressing in a small air-tight container and shake well. Refrigerate.
  • Before serving add the dressing to the vegetables and Pastallio Pasta and mix well.
  • Serve cold.
