Chilli Cream Sauce

Serves: 2 (as dinner)
Tomato, Deseeded and Chopped1
Cream2 tbsp
Garlic, Finely Chopped2 Cloves
Garlic Paste1 tbsp
Garlic, Finely Chopped2 Cloves
Garlic Paste1 tbsp
Milk½ Cup
Chilli Flakes1 tbsp
Butter1 tbsp
Olive Oil1 tbsp
SaltAs per taste
Pasta250g Pastallio Pasta (Elbow Macaroni / Pipette / Penne / Shell)

Method

  • Heat Olive oil and butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and chilli flakes in it for a few seconds.
  • Add the milk and cream and bring it to boil.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Add the Pastallio Pasta and mix.
  • Add the tomato. Mix well and serve.
